Words by our Group CEO

We have a long-term perspective when providing support and promoting the development of our existing companies, as well as complementing our divisions with additional companies

We develop Dacke Industri in an environment characterised by both opportunities and uncertainty. Activity remains strong and order intake is stable, while developments vary between different markets and customer segments.

We are seeing increased activity in areas including the defence and mining industries, as well as several off-road segments, where a number of our companies have a strong presence. At the same time, development is weaker in the construction sector and the pulp and paper industry. Uncertainty in global supply chains also remains, particularly regarding the availability of certain critical components.

One of the strengths of our Group is our companies’ ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions. We are also seeing increased demand for regional suppliers, where our international presence gives us a good position in key markets.

A growing international group

We continue to develop Dacke Industri through both organic growth and acquisitions. The companies that have joined the Group complement our existing operations well and strengthen our presence across a number of industrial sectors and geographical markets. During the period, we have been pleased to welcome three additional companies to the Group.

On 1 July 2026, Dacke Industri acquired 80% of the shares in Electromen Oy, a Finnish company specialising in electronic control systems for demanding automation and motion control applications. The acquisition strengthens our position within advanced control solutions and expands our presence in Europe. Electromen will become part of our Air and Mechatronics division. Its expertise in motor control systems and customised electronics complements the Group’s offering.

On 10 July 2026, Dacke Industri acquired 85% of the shares in Divardy Bakery Services B.V., a Dutch company specialising in customised conveyor systems and engineered solutions for the industrial bakery industry. The acquisition strengthens our European footprint and expands our portfolio of industrial companies. Divardy Bakery Services will become part of our Precision & Protection division, adding technical expertise and an international market presence.

On 6 October 2026, Dacke Industri acquired 80% of the shares in Inlead Automation AB, a Swedish company specialising in industrial automation solutions that help manufacturers increase productivity, flexibility and operational efficiency. The acquisition of Inlead Automation is a strategic step in strengthening Dacke Industri’s position within industrial automation. Inlead Automation will become part of the Precision & Protection division and complement the Group’s industrial automation offering with its strong market position and scalable offering.

Continued focus on acquisitions

Our decentralised business model works well, and our organisation is structured for continued growth, both organically and through acquisitions. Our companies operate with a high degree of autonomy and close to their customers and markets. At the same time, we continue to seek well-managed and profitable entrepreneurial companies that complement our existing operations, particularly in markets where we are already present.
